The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. One older child or adult is charged MYR 30 per night per person for extra beds.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Always my choice of stay in this area. Room given was clean and fit my purposes. Near to major attractions. Very near to the famous Masjid Kapitan Kling. The owner is almost like a family,always welcoming. Privacy assured. Book without doubt.

Amazing location with amazing staff. It is close to little India and Love lane so it got a bit noisy in the evening, but that didn't cause any issues for us. Also there is a nice chill area in front of the door where you can relax after the day.
